I first noticed the issue about a year ago. When every bag tore apart at he top I read the specs on the box and found they reduced to mills on the top of the bags!!!!

I contacted them and sent photos and they sent me a coupon!!! Like I want more *** bags!!! I contacted Publix Supermarkets in Florida and reported it as well. This is a clear disregard for customer care, they have had hundreds of complaints but do not care what we think.

All we can do is get the information to as many people as possible to stop buying Glad Bags!!!! Eventually consumers will learn on their own buy Glad should be ashamed of themselves for not addressing the issue when the clearly know they have a problem!!

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $20.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Nothing changed.
